I was curious if there exists a conversation forum where people discuss racial topics to better understand cultural differences?

Is such a dedicated forum really a way to "discuss" and "better understand cultural differences"? Any examples would be appreciated.

I assume there must be dedicated forums where minority groups discuss the issues that effect them particularly?

To be honest, I don't know. I only know about the existence of that forum because I saw it in the main page of 'black lives matter' on Reddit.

Not trying to be nasty, but your name suits you well.

Is there any specific topic you would like to discuss? From my point of view looking for a dedicated forum would allow little or no discussion because they would mostly be of the same mind. Where as here there are many countries, ethnic groups and points of view to provide a better gamma of views.

I don't know the age, race, or gender of anyone here. I was kind of hoping there was a source for information on what a majority of people of different races want. I don't know anymore what can be seen as sexist or racist and I worry some more left leaning news networks only represent the more fringe of people. I'd like to know what most everyday people of different ethnic groups feel is needed in society. I worry if I don't specifically look for a group for minority groups I'll only get a bunch of white people.

So the best thing to do here would be to post some question about things you wish to know and wait and see if anyone has answers.

I doubt anyone here would call you a racist for asking questions.

There are hundreds of different news providers online, spending some time reviewing them would help to get a better understanding of what is going on around the world. If several groups say the same thing and there is no one screaming "lies", then there is a good chance it is true.

I think this depends on whether you're asking a genuinely racialised question (i.e i want to hear from non-white people) or whether you're talking about ideas per se (i.e I want to hear ideas from non-Westerners).

It seems the former to me, and in that sense, i would imagine it very tough to find an outlet that serves to publicise purely racialised views on anything but race itself.

That said, I would suggest as @Sir2u did, to survey as much as you can and perform some kind of ongoing synthesis.
