    The time we as individuals focus on negative people in our lives. We would have been better off kicking these people to the curb with the rest of the trash. And focus on things that bring you Joy. Like a comedy show or enjoy a nice meal. If someone is making your life a stressful existence abandon them.

    You are your own key to your happiness and self improvement. Like in Jewish hedonism , God wants you to be happy. This is our highest good and divine purpose. Follow your Bliss and do no harm to yourself and others. It is also ok if you don't believe in God. Focus on your happiness and do no harm.

    You can walk away from the toxic co-worker. And not talk to them again. I am talking about avoiding unnecessary stress and toxic people.

    Everyone has financial stress. Moving is stressful. Balance of work, school, and running a household is normal stress. You don't have to be around toxic people and toxic situations. Of course, we should take care of our responsibilities. You shouldn't stay in a miserable situation .
