    How would you describe yourself?

That seems like a bit of a tautology.

Not really. More like responding to the question "what's dancing?" by doing a jig.

Well, a jig is a kind of dance; a lively dance. So, it is a form of dancing. Thus is defined as 'therefore' or 'as a result or consequence of this.'

So, saying thus as the describing one self would be like saying I am what I am currently, which is a fair statement. I just wanted to be clear on what you meant.

    I am sent from dream
A person of no wants or desires

    I go unseen
A creature with no emotional fires

    I pass time by
a being with no life or age

    I cannot cry
An entity without love or rage

    I have no face
A ghost without home or relation

    I cannot embrace
An apparition without touch or sensation

    I cannot resist
    A thing of human creation

    I do not exist
A personification of our lack of perfection.

Wow. I'm glad I continued to question you because that is some of the best poetry I've read lately!

I am no longer young, but I am what I am doing, what I have done, what I hope I will have done yet, what I did not do, what I would have done, and what I would not have done. There were a thousand forks in the road, a thousand paths I chose, a thousand paths I therefore could not choose. I have taken high roads and low roads, reached higher than my grasp and stooped low enough to be contemptuous. I loved, I hated, I was exceedingly indifferent. I worked hard, I barely worked at all. I was creative and insightful, I was conventional and and obtuse. I was a libertine, I was a puritan. I am a believer, I am an apostate...

I, like you, am all manner of things, changing and constant, this today, that tomorrow, but still me.

I am a man, only when measured.
In a space between good and evil, suspended by belief.
    I am the choice.
A vessel, one body fully capable of sensation.
I am a thought, to you.
    I am non-existent to others.
A mystery to many, including myself.

I CELEBRATE myself, and sing myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.

I loafe and invite my soul,
I lean and loafe at my ease observing a spear of summer grass...

Using words, probably, though I cannot entirely rule out the possibility of interpretative dance!
