Meta-physics - a set of rules governing a defined space inhabited by functions. These functions in their operations obey the constraints of the rules. These rules are background independent relations that instantiate spacetime via their self-agency.

QM foam has expanded beyond the physics of Newton and Kant. Existence voices the higher-order predication of reality necessary to the subordinate voicing of attributes of real things. Kant finds existence mute thereof because it resides above it. The foundational predication of existence realizes the curvature structure of spacetime architecture as publicly measurable presence.

Existence is structure publicly persistent in reality, i.e. predication is in the persistence.

I can have a complete structure with predicates even when nothing instantiates it. This, however, is logical possibility, not reality.

Reality requires structure publicly measurable and publicly present.

Reality constrains existing things according to symmetry breaking and spacetime curvature. Existence, per the above, voices (predicates) this admissibility through real things.

Uninstantiated structures are just impervious theories that neither live or die.

Existence voices the reality of a thing as formed and present; these are foundational predications, not predications of attribution.

Reality itself coincides with the voice of existence giving predication and persistence to real things against doubt and its distortions.

The condition for worldly predication confirmed is itself a predication.

Existence is the higher-level voice allowing the subordinate voicing of attributes. Logic can voice its own suppositions, but it can’t validate their reality. Only existence can do this.

The metaphysics of existence is the curvature architecture of spacetime. Reality is structural persistence through constraint i.e., through the permissions of the curvature architecture of spacetime.

Existence says, “This structure has presence in reality.”

Predication itself requires permission from existence.
