  • About time

Time versus cesium atom change OK .
The question is ,,time versus our brain changes to feel the time i.e. change versus change.I feel some confusing contradiction ,where is the actual change happened.
  • Is there a reason why we are here?
can any one answer to me is there a world outside my or his senses?
  • Is there a reason why we are here?
I exist because my parents have created me and so on. The question is when and how man began to think about his existence, unlike animals.
  • How 'big' is our present time?
I red your post -past,I write my post-present, you will read my post-future. But all this is in my mind not in yours or in other people's minds. This proves that there are not any time periods for people as a whole.
  • What is the meaning of life?
I was told once by God himself that the meaning of any human life is to realise or to discover that God exists and /or to feel Him around.
  • Time and such
You have committed a fallacy of false equivalence, thinking that because all change involves time therefore all time involves change, as if time and change are equivalent.
Yes I do. and time itself is a change
  • Time and such

certainly ,no change means no time ,. And also no humans means that nobody can realise the time ,including we in this forum ☺
  • Time and such

In other words if there is no change/movement in universe ,than there will be no time category.
  • Time and such
Does it means that absolute time is some dimension not known or measured by us on this planet??
  • Time and such
can you explain to me what is perceptual problem,if possible with examples. Thanks.
  • Time and such
    thanks jorndoe.
It is difficult for me to understand this paradox but as you say it is verified with tests.
  • Time and such
If time is the same for the universe, then how does any of the guys here explains "the effect of the twins " according to Einstein's theory??
  • Time and such
Quantum weirdness: What we call 'reality' is just a state of mind
A lifetime studying quantum mechanics has convinced Bernard d'Espagnat that the world we perceive is merely a shadow of the ultimate reality
  • Time and such
ok friends, what is not clear to me is Will time be available outside the senses of any living thing, or does it exists only in our mind? It is impossible of course to check this as we are living creatures.
  • A question about time measurement
I think that time is only a non constant reflection in our human minds and we humans can measure it ,what animals etc. can't.
  • A question about time measurement
the answer is as follows :
simple way can be the measuring of our pulse which is a given by God interval we can use to measure the time .Of course pulse is not constant but we can take an average of 60 pulsatings per minute (the minute is related to our measures on earth which we are aware a priori of)
So the time is nothing else but a counting of repeated events done by humans.
  • A question about time measurement
if you are in a space ship somewhere in the universe and you have no clock, how can you measure the time with some approximation?
  • A question about time measurement
ok. if I am a person from the planet Mars f.i. what can be my measure for time, rotation of Mars around its axis or around the sun?Obviously it will be DIFFERENT from our own here on our planet. So the time in the universe will depend from the place ( planet) where a civilisation measures it.so a second here can be an year on planet x ☺
  • A question about time measurement
so we do not have time, we have only rotation of earth which we consider as time.
  • A question about time measurement

I think that time is measured with the rotation of the earth but I don't know why the unit hour is 1/24 of one turn of the earth.
